CNC path control for modern automation
The Engelhardt CNC Series C offers a comfortable and powerful solution for economical CNC path control in modern automation technology. The system controls two to eight servo or stepper motor axes and also supports mixed operation, allowing multiple axes to run interpolatively at the same time. As a result, precise machining results are achieved while maintaining a high level of flexibility. In addition, the solution is suitable both for demanding servo motor control and for reliable stepper motor control in industrial applications.
Powerful software functions
The standard software includes linear, circular, and helical interpolation and also supports programming according to DIN 66025. In addition, the user-friendly menu navigation ensures that even complex tasks can be structured easily, while the flexible subprogram technique enables efficient processing. Furthermore, the integrated parameter programming allows the calculation of geometrically complex paths, thereby significantly expanding the possibilities within CNC path control and at the same time increasing efficiency in automation technology.
Visualization and ease of operation
In addition, the system features modern 3D screen graphics with a freely adjustable zoom factor, ensuring reliable path control at all times. The visualization supports both full operation and single-block mode, which allows processes to be monitored more effectively. Furthermore, fixed and freely programmable machining cycles are included, while an extensive tool management system with compensation provides additional safety. In addition, a plausibility check for inputs and feed rates ensures that errors are detected at an early stage.
