PC-based path control for flexible applications
The PCCNC is a modern and flexible solution for PC-based path control and supports two to eight servo or stepper motor axes in mixed operation with simultaneous interpolation. As a result, the system is suitable for a wide range of applications and provides precise and efficient control in automation technology.
The standard software includes linear, circular, and helical interpolation as well as programming according to DIN 66025. In addition, the menu navigation with flexible subprogram technology makes programming easier, while a syntax check detects input errors at an early stage and reduces effort.
Functions for complex machining and easy adaptation
For complex geometries, parameter programming is available, which simplifies path calculation. In addition, the system offers machining cycles as well as tool management with compensation.
In addition, the PCCNC stores texts and error messages in ASCII files, making language adaptation easy. Furthermore, the language switching in the machine data automatically adjusts menus, ensuring simple and user-friendly operation.

| The standard scope of delivery of the PCCNC includes a 19″ control rack, Windows XP PRO operating system and a powerful user interface. The status display functions in the user interface make it very easy to commission the control system with up to 64 I/O and 16 axis limit switches. The following functions are available for customising the user interface: |
