Drive technology that is precise, robust, cost-effective and easy to program. Digital AC servo amplifiers from the EasyFDS 400 \/ 800 series are available in various power classes with phase currents between 5 A and 300 A. The housing is compact and made of solid sheet metal. An internal EMC filter, brake chopper and 8 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs are included as standard. They include safety functions such as safe stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EasyFDS-400 amplifiers are 1-phase 230V\/AC controllers (5A to 10A), the EasyFDS-800 amplifiers are 3-phase 400V\/AC controllers. Encoder simulation adjustable from 128 to 65536 pulses\/revolution. The resolver triggering can be set to 12- 14- or 16-bit. Motors with 2-, 4- or 6- pole resolvers can be controlled. The pulse-width modulated digital servo amplifier has a three-phase output stage and is ideal for controlling brushless servomotors with resolver evaluation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

AC servomotors from the EBL series are permanently excited, electronically commutated synchronous motors for applications with high demands on dynamics and positioning accuracy. Neodymium permanent magnets are arranged on the circumference of the rotor of the 4-, 6-, 8-, 10- to 24-pole motors. The stator houses a three-phase winding in a star connection, whose electrical commutation, current regulation (sinusoidal currents) and monitoring is realized with the aid of the resolver in a fast transistor inverter.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The three individual phases are each protected by a thermal contact. The integrated motor system can be supplied with standstill torques between 0.2 Nm and 30 Nm, protection class IP65 and rated speeds between 2000 and 4000 rpm.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The resolver is a measuring system that continuously measures the angular position of the motor rotor. In physical terms, it is a combination of a rotating electrical machine and a transformer. It provides three important pieces of information for motor control: the sinusoidal evaluation of the current setpoint value of the individual winding strands of the motor, the actual speed value and the actual value for position control via encoder simulation. Holding brakes can be supplied for each motor. They work with permanent magnets whose force effect is neutralized with external 24 VDC. Reduction gearboxes from a wide range of suppliers can be attached via the standardized interface of the servomotors.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
